Sports benefits
The coaching service can be paid for in part or in full with sports benefits.
Currently, payment is possible with Epass and Smartum.
Instructions on how to pay with sports benefits:
Make sure that the service is covered by a sports benefit:
- Check that you are opting for a physical activity coaching service, such as personal coaching, group exercise classes or other services that promote physical activity.
- Select the physical activity coaching service you want:
- Choose the physical activity coaching service that interests you from our range of services.
- Log in to the portal of your physical activity service:
- Go to the website or mobile app of the physical activity benefit provider you use (Smartum or ePassport) and log in with your own credentials.
- Find your provider on our portal:
- Use the search function on the portal to find our provider name (LIFTWITHLOTTA) and select us as your provider.
- Enter the amount to be paid:
- Enter the amount to be paid, which corresponds to the price of the physical training service you have chosen.
- Confirm the payment:
- Follow the provider's instructions to confirm payment. Please ensure that the payment has been approved before proceeding.
- Receive confirmation and receipt:
- You will receive an electronic confirmation of your payment. This will also serve as a receipt for the payment.
- You will also receive a confirmation of the payment:
- Please notify us of the payment made via email so we can confirm your payment and begin planning your coaching.
Start coaching: Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange your first coaching session or service start.
Please note:
The exercise benefit cannot be used to pay for a dietary program alone, but must be part of an exercise coaching program.
