The price of the online coaching is €139 per month. Any in-person coaching sessions will be invoiced separately.

We offer both online and in-person coaching. Online coaching is conducted via an app and video calls. Personal coaching sessions are held in a manner agreed upon with your coach.

Your 1:1 coaching program includes personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and consistent support from your coach. We tailor each aspect to your goals, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed, from exercises to meal recommendations. Additional resources like progress tracking and goal reviews are also part of the package.
